Therapeutic exercise

Therapeutic exercise is one of the most effective tools for restoring function, improving physical capacity, and reducing the risk of relapse. Therefore, it is a fundamental part of many of the treatments I provide.
Each exercise program is individually designed, taking into account the injury, physical condition, goals, and progress of each patient. Intensity and progression are adapted at each stage of recovery to facilitate a safe return to daily activities, work, or sports.
Therapeutic exercise can help improve strength, mobility, balance, motor control, and exercise tolerance, allowing tissues to gradually regain their ability to withstand normal loads.

It is usually combined with manual therapy and patient education, forming a comprehensive treatment plan whose objective is not only to relieve pain, but also to restore function and provide tools to maintain long-term results.
My goal is for each patient to understand their recovery process, actively participate in it, and gain the confidence needed to move safely and without unnecessary limitations.
